Leicester Forest Cycling Club ("LFCC", "we" or "us") is committed to respecting your privacy and safeguarding your personal data.

Our privacy policies explain the basis on which any personal data that we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by LFCC. It is important that you read these privacy notices together with any other privacy notice or fair processing notice we may provide on specific occasions when we are collecting or processing personal data about you so that you are fully aware of how a why we are using your data.

For the purpose of data protection in the UK, Leicester Forest Cycling Club is the data controller, and is responsible for your personal data. We will also act as a data processor when handling data such as race or other event details, such as sign on sheets, results etc. with sporting bodies such as British Cycling, Cycling Time Trials, Audax UK, East Midlands Road Race League etc.
